📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end agri supply chain from farm sourcing through processing, storage, and delivery to retail, institutional, or export customers
• Develop and manage relationships with farmer aggregators, FPOs, mandis, and primary agri processing units for consistent raw material supply
• Coordinate procurement schedules with the production and sales teams to align farm supply with processing and delivery requirements
• Oversee cold chain and ambient storage operations and ensure product quality and freshness standards are maintained across the supply network
• Manage logistics and transport partners for farm-to-processing and processing-to-customer freight including cold chain vehicles
• Drive inventory optimisation initiatives to reduce wastage, improve FIFO compliance, and lower working capital in the supply chain
• Prepare weekly and monthly supply chain performance reports covering procurement cost, wastage, logistics cost, and service levels
