📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach farmer groups, FPOs, agri dealers, and agri enterprises as potential customers for the company's agritech platform or product
• Conduct product demonstrations and farmer onboarding sessions for digital agri tools, precision farming devices, or agri input platforms
• Generate leads through field visits, agri market events, agricultural exhibitions, and referral networks in Tamil Nadu
• Manage the sales pipeline using the company's CRM tool and update lead status, demo outcomes, and conversion timelines daily
• Coordinate with channel partners, agri dealers, and FPO networks to drive platform adoption and subscription renewals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for agritech subscriptions, platform licences, or hardware device sales
• Collect customer feedback on platform usability and field issues and relay insights to the product and operations teams

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you sold a digital platform, SaaS product, or tech device to farmers or agri businesses before?
• How do you explain the value of an agritech product to a farmer who is sceptical about digital tools?
• Are you familiar with FPO structures and how they make group purchasing decisions?
• Which CRM tools have you used to manage your sales pipeline?
• Have you represented a company at agri exhibitions or farmer meetings in Tamil Nadu?
• How do you handle a trial customer who is not converting to a paid subscription?
• What is your current monthly sales target and what percentage have you achieved consistently?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
