• Design end-to-end analytics solutions including data architecture, KPI frameworks, and reporting strategies tailored to client needs
• Lead discovery workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews to define analytics project scope
• Develop compelling presentations, solution blueprints, and business case documentation for client leadership
• Oversee delivery of analytics projects ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction throughout the engagement
• Identify opportunities to expand analytics footprint within existing client accounts through value demonstration
• Build thought leadership content and analytics frameworks that can be reused across multiple client engagements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or M.Sc. in a quantitative discipline with three to eight years of analytics consulting or business analytics experience
• Strong understanding of analytics tools and technologies including SQL, Python, and BI platforms
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and manage relationships with senior business stakeholders
• Experience designing analytics solutions across BFSI, retail, healthcare, or manufacturing industry verticals
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills for creating client-ready deliverables
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing priorities
• Experience working in an analytics consulting or professional services environment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
