📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics projects including planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, risk management, and client communication
• Build and manage high-performing analytics delivery teams comprising data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and BI developers
• Serve as the primary escalation point for client stakeholders on delivery quality, timelines, and scope changes
• Define and implement delivery governance frameworks including project health reporting, issue resolution processes, and quality assurance checkpoints
• Partner with business development teams to scope new analytics engagements and provide input on delivery effort and timelines
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing client accounts through strong relationship management
• Mentor project leads and senior analysts to develop their delivery management and client-facing capabilities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. in engineering or a technical discipline with seven to fifteen years of experience including five or more years in analytics delivery leadership
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex multi-workstream data and analytics projects on time and within budget
• Strong understanding of analytics technologies including data engineering, BI, and ML to provide credible technical oversight
• Experience managing cross-functional delivery teams of ten or more members in an analytics or IT services environment
• Proficiency in project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, and waterfall delivery models
• Excellent executive communication skills for presenting delivery status and escalation management to senior client leaders
• Experience managing P and L responsibility or revenue accountability for a delivery portfolio
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
