📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik dashboards for business performance monitoring
• Write DAX measures, calculated columns, and complex SQL queries to support dashboard data models
• Build and maintain star schema and snowflake schema data models optimised for BI tool consumption
• Integrate multiple data sources including SQL databases, flat files, APIs, and cloud warehouses into unified BI solutions
• Optimise dashboard performance by implementing incremental refresh, aggregations, and query reduction techniques
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into BI design specifications
• Conduct user acceptance testing for BI solutions and resolve post-deployment issues

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or BCA with one to five years of hands-on BI development experience
• Expert proficiency in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, report publishing, and RLS configuration
• Experience with Tableau or Qlik for dashboard development and data blending
• Strong SQL skills for writing queries that feed BI data models
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts including dimensional modelling and ETL best practices
• Experience connecting BI tools to cloud data sources such as Azure SQL, Redshift, or BigQuery
• Good communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather dashboard requirements
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
