📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data strategy, AI vision, and analytics organisational roadmap across all business units
• Build and lead the end-to-end data organisation including data engineering, analytics, data science, governance, and BI functions
• Drive data-led business transformation by partnering with the CEO, CTO, and business unit heads on data monetisation and AI adoption
• Establish enterprise data governance, data quality standards, privacy frameworks, and ethical AI policies
• Represent the organisation on data strategy at board level, investor discussions, client advisory boards, and industry summits
• Oversee P and L for the data and analytics practice and accountability for revenue contribution from data products and AI services
• Recruit, develop, and retain senior data leaders and build a talent pipeline for the organisation's data function

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a premier institution or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline with fifteen to twenty-eight years of progressive data and analytics leadership experience
• Proven track record of defining and executing enterprise data strategy that delivered quantifiable business impact at scale
• Experience leading large cross-functional data organisations of fifty or more across engineering, analytics, science, and governance
• Deep understanding of modern data architecture, AI and ML capabilities, and the analytics technology landscape
• Strong board-level communication skills with experience presenting data strategy and AI value to investors and client executives
• Track record of managing significant P and L responsibility and contributing directly to commercial growth through data initiatives
• Extensive network in the analytics industry and demonstrated thought leadership through publications, keynotes, or advisory roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
