📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design enterprise BI architecture including data warehouse schema, semantic layer, and self-service reporting frameworks
• Define standards for BI tool usage, naming conventions, data model design, and governance across the organisation
• Evaluate and select BI platforms, data warehouse technologies, and ETL tools based on client requirements and scale
• Lead the design and implementation of large-scale data mart and data warehouse projects serving multiple business units
• Establish row-level security, data access policies, and audit frameworks for enterprise BI environments
• Mentor BI developers and data analysts on architecture best practices and scalable dashboard design
• Collaborate with data engineering architects to align data pipeline design with downstream BI consumption patterns

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or M.Tech. with six to fourteen years of progressive BI and data warehousing experience
• Deep expertise in enterprise BI tools including Power BI Premium, Tableau Server, or Qlik Sense Enterprise
• Strong dimensional modelling skills including star schema, snowflake schema, and slowly changing dimensions
• Experience designing data warehouse solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, or Snowflake
• Proficiency in ETL architecture using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Informatica, or SSIS
• Excellent ability to communicate architecture decisions to both technical teams and non-technical leadership
• Experience leading BI delivery teams of four or more developers
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
