📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and clinical evaluations of IVD diagnostic analysers at hospital and diagnostic lab sites
• Train laboratory staff on analyser operation, QC protocols, reagent handling, and troubleshooting
• Support post-installation application troubleshooting and resolve reagent, calibration, or result query issues
• Conduct regular application visits to key accounts to drive reagent utilisation and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with field service engineers for instrument-related issues and with sales teams for account retention
• Maintain application support records, visit logs, and customer feedback reports
• Present clinical evidence and technical data to laboratory managers and pathologists

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which IVD analyser platforms have you operated or supported - clinical chemistry, haematology, or immunoassay?
• Have you conducted application training for lab technicians or pathologists?
• How do you handle a customer complaint about result accuracy on an analyser?
• Are you familiar with EQAS participation and internal QC protocols in a lab?
• Have you supported a competitive product evaluation or conversion?
• Can you present clinical data to a pathologist or lab in-charge?
• Are you comfortable with frequent travel to diagnostic labs and hospitals in Coimbatore?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

B.E./B.Tech.
