📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the medical device company's South India operations including sales, service, regulatory, supply chain, and finance functions with full P and L accountability
• Define the annual business plan, revenue targets, and operating budget and track performance against targets monthly
• Build and maintain C-suite relationships with major private hospital groups, diagnostic chains, and government procurement bodies in South India
• Govern the distributor and channel partner ecosystem including performance management, margin structure, and expansion strategy
• Ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation including CDSCO MDR 2017, ISO 13485, and state drug authority requirements
• Drive talent development including leadership succession planning, performance management, and team capability building
• Report business performance, risks, and strategic initiatives to the national leadership team and board

• How large was the P and L you managed and what were the key revenue and EBITDA metrics you were accountable for?
• How have you built or restructured a South India medical device sales and operations organisation?
• Describe how you have managed a large distributor ecosystem including performance and margin governance.

• What has been your approach to integrating sales, service, and supply chain operations under a single leadership mandate?
• How do you manage regulatory compliance across a multi-product device portfolio?
• What is your experience in reporting to a national or global board on regional business performance?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
