• Identify and develop new private hospital accounts and diagnostic chain relationships across South India for assigned product lines
• Build and expand the distributor and channel partner network in underserved territories within Tamil Nadu and adjacent states
• Negotiate and close long-term supply agreements, rate contracts, and institutional purchase agreements with hospital groups
• Engage with hospital CEOs, CFOs, and medical directors to position products and build institutional relationships
• Develop the revenue pipeline using CRM tools and provide monthly business development forecasts to the leadership team
• Lead new market entry studies and territory white-space analyses to guide expansion strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop account-specific value propositions and proposals
