📌 Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and validate medical devices at customer sites per OEM installation checklists
• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance plans and service contracts for assigned accounts
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity faults on medical devices within SLA timelines
• Train hospital biomedical staff and end users on device operation and basic maintenance
• Manage spare parts inventory, loan equipment, and field service van stock
• Document all service activities in CMMS or field service management systems
• Escalate complex faults to second-line support or the OEM and coordinate resolution

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which medical device categories have you serviced in the field - imaging, diagnostics, or critical care?
• How do you manage multiple service calls with competing SLA deadlines?
• Have you handled escalations from hospital biomedical or purchase departments?
• Are you familiar with CMMS or field service software tools?
• What is your approach when you cannot diagnose a fault on site?
• Have you conducted end-user or biomedical staff training at hospitals?
• Do you hold a valid driving licence and are you comfortable with field travel?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
