📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage P and L performance across a cluster of footwear retail stores in the assigned area of Coimbatore
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for each store and coach store managers to achieve area-level revenue goals
• Conduct regular store visits to assess operational standards, stock availability, VM compliance, and team performance
• Support new footwear store openings including pre-launch setup, staffing, visual merchandising, and launch planning
• Coordinate area-level promotional activities and seasonal campaign execution across stores in the cluster
• Monitor competitor footwear retail activity in the area and share intelligence with regional and buying teams
• Manage area headcount planning, store manager succession, and talent development with the HR team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Retail Management, Marketing, or Business Administration from a recognised institution
• Five to twelve years of footwear or fashion retail experience with at least three years managing multiple stores
• Demonstrated track record of achieving multi-store sales targets in an organised footwear or fashion retail chain
• Strong coaching and performance management skills for developing store managers
• Good understanding of footwear retail P and L mechanics, shrinkage control, and area-level operational KPIs
• Willingness to travel across the assigned area covering multiple store locations in Coimbatore
• Strong analytical skills for area performance reporting and business planning submissions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

12th pass or Graduate for retail sales and customer service roles; Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management for store management roles; knowledge of GST on footwear categories and HSN codes for billing roles; ITI Leather or Cobbler trade for footwear repair and cobbling roles; knowledge of shoe sizing systems (India, UK, EU, US) and last measurements for fitting roles; communication skills in Tamil and English for all customer-facing roles; Tally for store accounts roles; familiarity with footwear brand seasonal catalogues and style numbers for sales roles
