📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the showroom floor to identify footwear styles matching their requirements and budget
• Measure or assess foot size and recommend appropriate shoe sizes and fits across India, UK, and EU sizing systems
• Demonstrate product features including sole type, material, and cushioning to support the customer's purchase decision
• Achieve daily and weekly individual sales targets set by the store supervisor
• Upsell socks, insoles, shoe care products, and complementary accessories during customer interaction
• Replenish display stock on the sales floor from the stockroom as sizes and styles run low
• Handle basic customer queries on pricing, exchange policy, and product availability

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Basic spoken Tamil with conversational English for customer interaction
• Willingness to work rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and assist customers on the sales floor for extended periods
• Basic understanding of footwear sizing systems including India, UK, EU, and US
• Pleasant and presentable appearance suited for retail showroom environments
• Freshers with strong interpersonal skills are eligible; prior retail experience is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
