📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and upload footwear product listings on e-commerce platforms with accurate descriptions, size charts, and images
• Maintain online inventory sync between the footwear store's ERP and marketplace seller accounts
• Process online footwear orders for picking, packing, and dispatch coordination with the warehouse team
• Manage footwear returns and exchanges received through online orders and update records accordingly
• Coordinate with the product photography team for footwear image shoots aligned to platform requirements
• Monitor customer ratings and reviews on marketplace listings and flag negative feedback to management
• Prepare weekly e-commerce sales reports covering orders, returns, revenue, and listing performance metrics

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Marketing, or any discipline from a recognised university
• Zero to three years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or marketplace management
• Proficiency in operating seller portals of major Indian e-commerce platforms
• Strong attention to product content accuracy including size charts, colour descriptions, and material specifications
• Basic knowledge of footwear sizing conventions and how to write accurate size guide content
• Ability to coordinate between warehouse, customer service, and photography teams for smooth e-commerce operations
• MS Excel skills for inventory and sales reporting; knowledge of any e-commerce ERP is an advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

12th pass or Graduate for retail sales and customer service roles; Graduate or Diploma in Retail Management for store management roles; knowledge of GST on footwear categories and HSN codes for billing roles; ITI Leather or Cobbler trade for footwear repair and cobbling roles; knowledge of shoe sizing systems (India, UK, EU, US) and last measurements for fitting roles; communication skills in Tamil and English for all customer-facing roles; Tally for store accounts roles; familiarity with footwear brand seasonal catalogues and style numbers for sales roles
