📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting ethnic chappals, kolhapuri sandals, mojaris, jutis, and traditional occasion footwear
• Guide customers on material quality, handcraft techniques, and appropriate occasions for ethnic footwear styles
• Recommend correct sizing for traditional footwear using India sizing charts and width fittings
• Drive sales of ethnic and bridal footwear collections during festival and wedding seasons
• Maintain visual presentation of ethnic footwear displays and ensure sizes are accessible on the floor
• Handle basic exchange and return requests at the sales counter in line with store policy
• Report fast-moving style shortages to the store supervisor for timely stockroom replenishment

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass from a recognised board in any stream
• Familiarity with traditional Indian footwear styles including kolhapuri, juti, mojari, and ethnic sandals
• Good spoken Tamil with basic English for serving a diverse customer base
• Willingness to work extended hours during Diwali, wedding, and festival seasons
• Pleasant and patient communication style suited for occasion and bridal footwear consultations
• Basic understanding of leather and synthetic material differences in traditional footwear
• Freshers from retail backgrounds or those with an interest in traditional fashion are eligible
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
