📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple pharmacy retail outlets within an assigned geographic cluster or area
• Drive area-level sales and margin performance through store manager guidance and corrective action
• Conduct periodic store audits covering compliance, operations, customer service, and inventory standards
• Support new store openings within the area including hiring, setup, and operational readiness
• Monitor and review store manager performance and recommend training, recognition, or action as appropriate
• Build and maintain relationships with key pharmaceutical distributors and stockists serving the area
• Prepare and present area performance MIS reports to the regional or operations director

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• How do you manage performance across eight to twelve pharmacy outlets in a cluster simultaneously?
• Describe your approach to a store in your area that has missed its sales target for three months running
• How do you conduct a compliance audit across multiple pharmacy outlets in a single week?
• What is your process for supporting a new store opening in your area from launch to first full month?
