📌 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory of all drug and non-drug stock at the store
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile with system records
• Apply FEFO rotation for all drug categories including temperature-sensitive products
• Track near-expiry items and coordinate returns or markdowns with the purchase team
• Generate indent requests for fast-moving items to prevent out-of-stock situations
• Identify and report damaged, expired, or mismatched stock to the store supervisor
• Maintain storage area compliance including temperature and humidity logs for cold chain items

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Explain the FEFO principle and how you apply it in a pharmacy stock room?
• How do you identify and handle near-expiry drugs in a retail pharmacy?
• What is your process for conducting a monthly physical stock count?
