• Investigate and document any temperature excursion events and take corrective action
• Coordinate with the supplier or logistics partner on cold chain integrity for incoming cold shipments
• Train pharmacy and inventory staff on correct handling of cold chain products
• Maintain calibrated temperature monitoring devices and ensure timely recalibration or replacement
• Support the pharmacist in-charge with cold chain compliance documentation for Drug Inspector inspections
