📋 Job Description

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of a cluster of four to ten restaurant chain outlets across an assigned geographical zone in Coimbatore.
• Review weekly and monthly P&L performance of each outlet and implement corrective actions for underperforming locations.
• Conduct regular outlet visits to audit brand standards, food safety compliance, team performance, and guest feedback.
• Coach and develop restaurant managers within the cluster to improve operational capability and financial management skills.
• Support new outlet launches including pre-opening hiring, team training, and operational readiness assessment.
• Coordinate with the central supply chain and purchasing teams on regional vendor management and pricing negotiations.
• Report cluster performance, market insights, and competitive intelligence to the operations director or VP of operations.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree or MBA with F&B or operations management specialisation from a recognised institution.
• Six to fourteen years of restaurant operations experience with at least three years managing multiple outlets or as a senior restaurant manager.
• Demonstrated multi-outlet P&L accountability with measurable improvement in cluster-level financial performance.
• Strong coaching and leadership capability to develop a team of restaurant managers and improve outlet-level talent quality.
• Deep knowledge of Coimbatore's F&B market, consumer behaviour, competitive landscape, and zone-level operational dynamics.
• Experience supporting new restaurant openings including pre-opening planning, team setup, and early operations stabilisation.
• Proficiency in restaurant chain MIS dashboards, business review formats, and performance reporting expected at chain management level.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
