📌 Key Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant manager in daily operations including floor supervision, kitchen coordination, and shift management.
• Manage full outlet operations independently during the restaurant manager's off days or leave periods.
• Supervise both floor and kitchen teams across all service shifts and ensure brand standard compliance throughout.
• Monitor daily cover counts, average cover value, and basic cost metrics and report variances to the restaurant manager.
• Handle guest complaints escalated beyond supervisor level and ensure satisfactory resolution with minimum service recovery cost.
• Assist in staff rostering, attendance management, and conducting briefings for service and kitchen team members.
• Support FSSAI compliance activities, brand audits, and inventory spot checks as directed by the restaurant manager.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Hotel Management degree from a recognised institution; specialisation in food and beverage management is preferred.
• Two to six years of restaurant operations experience with at least one year in a supervisor or equivalent leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a complete outlet team across kitchen and service functions during full-shift operations.
• Good analytical skills to monitor daily sales, cover metrics, and cost variances and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills to motivate staff and maintain service standards during peak hours.
• Proficiency in POS systems, shift reporting tools, and basic restaurant management documentation.
• Awareness of food safety regulations, FSSAI compliance requirements, and brand operational SOPs.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
