📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead sales operations for an assigned territory covering cement, paints, tiles, or allied building materials product lines
• Manage and develop a dealer network, distributor relationships, and contractor influencer programmes in the area
• Plan and execute territory sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual volume and revenue targets
• Hire, train, and manage a team of Technical Sales Executives across the territory
• Analyse market share data, competitor activity, and pricing trends to inform territory strategy
• Conduct trade meets, contractor meets, and influencer engagement programmes to grow brand adoption
• Report area sales performance, market feedback, and business pipeline to the regional or national sales head

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or Sales or Graduate with strong building materials sales track record
• 3-8 years of progressively responsible sales experience in cement, paints, tiles, RMC, or allied building materials
• Demonstrated ability to manage a dealer network and drive secondary sales through distributor relationships
• Prior experience in managing a team of field sales executives and conducting joint field visits
• Strong knowledge of building materials sales channels including dealers, retailers, contractors, and project influencers
• Proficiency in sales reporting, market share tracking, and territory business planning
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English for customer-facing and internal stakeholder management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
