📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily cement or building materials dispatch from the plant against customer purchase orders
• Prepare road permits, way bills, e-way bills, and gate pass documentation for all outgoing dispatches
• Coordinate with transporter fleet and truck drivers for timely vehicle positioning and loading
• Operate dispatch management software or ERP dispatch module to record and track all outgoing orders
• Monitor finished goods inventory levels and alert production planning team for timely replenishment
• Liaise with customers and dealer accounts for delivery confirmation and shortage resolution
• Maintain dispatch registers, delivery challans, and compliance documentation for audit purposes

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Science, or Business Administration; logistics or supply chain diploma is an advantage
• 0-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or warehouse operations in a cement or building materials company
• Familiarity with e-way bill generation, road permit preparation, and transport documentation under GST compliance
• Working knowledge of ERP dispatch modules or dispatch software such as Tally ERP or SAP SD
• Good coordination and communication skills in Tamil and English for managing transporters and customer delivery queries
• Attention to detail for maintaining accurate dispatch records and compliance documentation
• Ability to manage high-volume daily dispatches during peak construction season with accuracy and speed
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
