📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of cement grinding mills, ball mills, VRMs, separators, and auxiliary equipment
• Conduct vibration analysis and condition monitoring of critical rotating machinery in the cement plant
• Maintain gearboxes, mechanical seals, couplings, and bearings in cement plant rotating equipment
• Plan and coordinate annual plant shutdowns including scope preparation, spare parts readiness, and contractor management
• Inspect and maintain conveyors, bucket elevators, and material handling equipment across the cement plant
• Operate CMMS for work order management, maintenance history recording, and planned maintenance scheduling
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts sourcing and capital spares inventory management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an AICTE-recognised institution
• 1-5 years of maintenance engineering experience in a cement plant, mineral processing plant, or heavy process industry
• Hands-on experience in overhauling and maintaining ball mills, separators, and cement plant rotating equipment
• Knowledge of gearbox inspection, mechanical seal replacement, and bearing maintenance for cement service applications
• Familiarity with vibration analysis techniques and condition monitoring using portable vibration meters or online systems
• Experience in annual plant shutdown planning, contractor mobilisation, and capital spares management
• Working knowledge of CMMS software such as SAP PM or equivalent for maintenance work order management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
