• Develop hypothesis-driven issue trees and analytical frameworks for consulting engagements
• Own specific workstreams and deliver analysis independently within team engagements
• Build Excel models for financial analysis, scenario modelling, and market sizing
• Prepare and present client-ready slides and reports with clear storylines
• Conduct primary and secondary research including expert interviews and industry data analysis
• Facilitate client workshops and capture outputs for integration into deliverables
• Collaborate with senior consultants and engagement managers on recommendation synthesis

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised business school is mandatory for this role
• Strong hypothesis-driven problem solving and analytical framework skills
• Proficiency in Excel modelling and PowerPoint presentation development
• Ability to conduct research independently and distill insights from large data sets
• Good client communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholder interaction
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise under deadline pressure
• Willingness to travel for client engagements in Coimbatore and other cities as needed
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
