📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute change management strategies using Prosci ADKAR or equivalent frameworks
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement planning for large transformation programs
• Perform change impact assessments to identify groups most affected by planned changes
• Develop and implement communication plans to drive awareness and desire for change
• Analyse training needs and coordinate development of role-specific training programs
• Identify and manage resistance to change among key stakeholder groups
• Conduct organisational readiness assessments and report change adoption progress to program leadership

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA HR or Organisational Behaviour with two to six years of change management consulting experience
• Prosci Change Management certification or ADKAR methodology proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience designing and executing change programs for ERP implementations or digital transformation
• Skilled in stakeholder mapping, communication planning, and resistance management
• Ability to conduct change impact assessments and training needs analyses
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse stakeholder groups
• Willingness to work at client sites across Coimbatore and travel for outstation assignments
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
