📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assess client digital maturity and develop enterprise digital transformation roadmaps
• Advise on ERP selection, implementation strategy, and change management for large-scale ERP rollouts
• Identify manual and paper-based processes suitable for digitization and RPA automation
• Design business process reengineering approaches to optimise processes ahead of digital tool deployment
• Manage digital transformation workstreams including technology vendor coordination and adoption tracking
• Facilitate digital change enablement workshops with client business and IT teams
• Track digital initiative benefits realisation and report progress to client leadership on a regular basis

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. with two to seven years of digital transformation or IT consulting experience
• Experience advising on ERP implementations including SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere for automation advisory
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodology for managing digital initiative workstreams
• Strong business process reengineering skills and ability to map and redesign complex workflows
• Excellent communication skills for aligning business and IT stakeholders on digital programs
• Ability to manage multiple digital workstreams simultaneously in large transformation engagements
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
