📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end workstreams within multi-workstream consulting engagements
• Own the quality and timelines of deliverables including analytical models and client presentations
• Interact directly with client stakeholders to gather inputs, present findings, and manage expectations
• Apply analytical frameworks including root cause analysis, benchmarking, and scenario planning
• Support engagement manager in project planning, work allocation, and progress tracking
• Synthesize complex data into clear, actionable recommendations with supporting evidence
• Mentor and review the work of associate consultants and business analysts on the team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA with two to five years of consulting or equivalent industry experience
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage workstreams and own deliverables end-to-end
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Excel modelling and advanced PowerPoint presentation development
• Experience applying consulting frameworks across strategy, operations, or IT engagements
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and structure problems independently
• Prior consulting firm experience preferred; strong industry hires also considered
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
