📌 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Map current-state processes and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
• Structure problem statements and develop hypothesis trees for consulting engagements
• Build Excel-based data models to support analysis and recommendations
• Prepare PowerPoint slides for client presentations and internal team reviews
• Conduct secondary research including market sizing and competitive benchmarking
• Support senior consultants in synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or Graduate degree with strong academic record preferred
• Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving and logical reasoning
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint for slide preparation
• Exposure to process mapping tools or business analysis frameworks preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a project-based consulting environment
• Willingness to travel to client sites in and around Coimbatore as required
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
