📌 Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot PA sound systems, microphones, and amplifiers for live events and conferences.
• Install and operate LED video walls, projectors, and screens for corporate presentations and stage events.
• Manage live audio mixing during events including balancing music, microphones, and ambient sound levels.
• Set up and operate lighting rigs, PAR cans, LED fixtures, and moving head lights for stage events.
• Handle video switching, playback, and live display management for conferences and product launch events.
• Perform pre-event AV checks, sound tests, and technical rehearsals with event managers and clients.
• Maintain, pack, and store AV equipment safely after events to ensure availability for subsequent bookings.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma in Electronics, Sound Engineering, or AV Technology from a recognised polytechnic or institute.
• 1 to 4 years of live AV operations experience at events, conferences, or a production company.
• Practical skills in PA system configuration, mixer operation, and live sound management for events.
• Experience with LED screen installation, projector alignment, and video display systems.
• Basic lighting rig setup and DMX lighting controller operation experience is an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV equipment faults quickly in live event environments under time pressure.
• Physical fitness and willingness to work extended hours during event build-up and live execution phases.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
