📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall strategic and operational direction of the private event management company.
• Drive company revenue growth, profitability, and new market expansion across event categories and client verticals.
• Build and manage relationships with the company's largest and most strategic client accounts personally.
• Develop and execute the company's multi-year business strategy including new service lines and city expansion.
• Oversee all financial performance including PandL, cash flow, cost management, and annual budgeting.
• Build, develop, and retain a senior leadership team and a high-performance company culture.
• Represent the event company in industry bodies, business forums, and media as the primary brand ambassador.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a recognised university or Graduate with equivalent senior business leadership experience.
• 12 to 25 years of event management industry experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or founder role.
• Proven PandL management and business growth track record at an event management company of significant scale.
• Deep client relationships and industry credibility within Coimbatore and South India's corporate and social event market.
• Strategic vision and execution capability for scaling event company operations, teams, and revenue.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and event company profitability management.
• Excellent English and Tamil stakeholder communication for client relationships, investor interactions, and media.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
