📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and book Tamil performing artists, bands, emcees, dancers, and celebrity speakers for events.
• Manage artist contracts, performance riders, fee negotiations, and booking confirmations for event productions.
• Coordinate artist travel, hotel accommodation, green room requirements, and technical riders with the production team.
• Develop entertainment briefs for clients covering artist recommendations, performance formats, and stage requirements.
• Maintain a talent database of artists, performers, emcees, and speakers available for Coimbatore event bookings.
• Liaise with artist managers and talent agencies for bookings, advance payments, and performance clearances.
• Supervise artist arrival, green room setup, performance timings, and post-show logistics during live events.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; knowledge of Tamil performing arts, cinema, or music industry is a strong advantage.
• 0 to 4 years of experience in artist management, entertainment coordination, or event production support.
• Good network of contacts in Coimbatore's Tamil entertainment, music, dance, and celebrity speaker circuit.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills for artist fee and performance rider management.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English for artist and manager liaisons.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling celebrity and high-profile artist relationships.
• Willingness to work evening and weekend hours during event days and live entertainment productions.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
