📌 Key Responsibilities

• Execute outdoor brand activation programmes, mall activations, and BTL campaigns for client brands.
• Set up brand stalls, pop-up counters, and activation zones including branding, display, and demo materials.
• Brief and supervise activation teams, promoters, and brand ambassadors at assigned activation locations.
• Engage consumers through product demonstrations, sampling events, contests, and interactive brand experiences.
• Capture activation data including footfall, leads, samples distributed, and consumer feedback for client reports.
• Coordinate with suppliers for activation materials, giveaways, sampling stock, and display fabrication.
• Prepare daily activation reports with photos, data, and observations for event manager and client review.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Marketing, Event Management, or Mass Communication is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in brand activation, BTL marketing, or field marketing at an event or activation company.
• Good understanding of BTL campaign formats including mall activation, in-store demos, and outdoor promotions.
• Strong on-ground team coordination and consumer-facing communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to manage multiple activation locations concurrently and report accurately to management.
• Willingness to travel across Coimbatore zones for multi-location brand activation campaigns.
• Physical stamina and comfort working outdoors during brand activation events and field promotions.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
