📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute floral decor for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations including mandap and stage decor.
• Create table centrepieces, floral arches, entrance installations, and themed decor setups for diverse event types.
• Source fresh and artificial flowers, foliage, and decor materials from Coimbatore flower markets and vendors.
• Execute decor installations on site within allocated timelines, ensuring quality matches the approved client brief.
• Coordinate with event managers on theme colours, decor styles, and client-specific decor preferences.
• Maintain floral and decor inventory, manage stock levels, and identify cost-effective sourcing options.
• Supervise junior decor assistants and on-site helpers during large event setups and installations.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or certificate training in Floral Design, Event Decor, or Interior Design from a recognised institute.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in event or wedding decor, floristry, or visual merchandising.
• Practical skills in fresh flower arrangement, mandap styling, and table centrepiece design.
• Creative eye for colour coordination, theme execution, and floral aesthetic aligned with event briefs.
• Knowledge of Coimbatore flower market vendors, artificial decor suppliers, and decor material sourcing.
• Physical stamina for on-site decor installation including lifting, climbing, and extended standing hours.
• Ability to work under time pressure during event build-up and meet decor completion deadlines.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
