📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services for payment processing, lending origination, and account management systems
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs consumed by mobile apps and web dashboards for financial transactions
• Integrate with payment gateways, UPI switches, NPCI APIs, and banking partners for transaction routing
• Implement data models and optimize database queries for high-throughput financial transaction systems
• Develop background jobs for settlement reconciliation, interest calculation, and notification dispatch
• Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
• Debug production incidents in payment and lending systems and implement hotfixes with minimal downtime

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics from a recognized institution
• 1 - 5 Years of backend development experience with Java or Python in a product or fintech environment
• Strong command of microservices architecture, REST API design, and Spring Boot or FastAPI frameworks
• Experience with payment gateway integration, UPI APIs, or financial transaction system development
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent relational databases
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure cloud services for deploying and scaling fintech backend services
• Understanding of PCI DSS, data encryption, and secure coding practices for financial applications
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
