🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a reputed institution or equivalent with demonstrated B2B sales performance in fintech or financial services
- 3 - 8 Years of B2B enterprise sales experience with at least 2 years in fintech, payment, or banking technology
- Established network with decision-makers in banking, NBFC, or enterprise finance technology procurement
- Proven track record of closing high-value enterprise deals for technology or financial services products
- Strong understanding of fintech product categories including payment gateways, BNPL, lending APIs, and embedded finance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for enterprise stakeholder engagement
- Comfort with Salesforce or similar CRM for pipeline management and sales forecasting
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
