📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to prospect accounts, present the catering company's service offerings, and prepare customised catering proposals.
• Negotiate contract terms including per-cover rates, menu scope, service levels, and payment terms with client procurement teams.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure new client site setup is completed within the timelines agreed during contract closure.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and existing accounts in the company CRM and provide weekly sales reports to management.
• Attend client meetings for contract renewals, rate revisions, and service improvement discussions for existing catering accounts.
• Map the competitive catering landscape in Coimbatore's industrial zones to identify opportunities and inform pricing strategy.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA or diploma in marketing is an advantage for catering sales roles.
• Zero to three years of B2B sales experience; prior experience in catering, hospitality, or facility management sales is preferred.
• Strong spoken communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English for client pitching and contract negotiations.
• Ability to understand catering cost structures, per-cover pricing, and service scope to prepare competitive proposals.
• Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial and commercial zones including Guindy, Ambattur, Perungudi, and Sriperumbudur.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently on lead generation and client visits without close supervision.
• Two-wheeler or car ownership preferred for independent client site visits across Coimbatore's catering contract zones.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
