📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of senior client relationships across FMCG, retail, healthcare, and media categories for the market research company
• Drive client account revenue growth through retention, upselling of additional research services, and referral of new brand contacts within client organisations
• Serve as the senior escalation point for all delivery quality issues, timeline concerns, and strategic client requests within the portfolio
• Lead senior client presentations, annual research planning sessions, and strategic insight reviews with C-suite and VP-level marketing stakeholders
• Develop and coach client servicing and research manager teams to improve client relationship quality and project delivery standards
• Collaborate with research directors and methodology experts to design and propose large integrated research programmes for strategic clients
• Contribute to company-wide new business development by leading client presentations for significant new account pitches

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification with seven to fifteen years of progressive market research and client management experience
• Proven track record of growing and retaining large market research client accounts across major consumer categories
• Deep knowledge of quantitative, qualitative, and digital research methodologies to engage credibly as a senior client advisor
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop client servicing and research manager teams
• Experience presenting senior research strategy and insight recommendations to VP and C-suite marketing stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing research account revenue targets and contributing to company growth objectives
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills for long-term senior client partnerships
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
