• Understand client research briefs thoroughly and translate requirements into clear internal project instructions for research and field teams
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverable schedules, and report submission calendars across multiple concurrent client assignments
• Review draft research reports prepared by analyst teams for accuracy, client relevance, and presentation quality before submission
• Prepare and deliver client presentations summarising research findings and strategic implications for brand teams
• Manage client expectations throughout the research process and proactively communicate progress updates, fieldwork status, and delivery timelines
• Identify opportunities for repeat projects and value-add research services within existing client accounts and escalate to senior management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA in Marketing or Business Administration with interest in market research and client relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English for managing client correspondence and delivering presentations
• Ability to understand market research project briefs and translate them into actionable instructions for internal teams
• Good organisational skills for managing multiple project timelines and deliverable calendars simultaneously
• Basic familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to engage credibly with client research teams
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing client-facing research presentations and project update communications
• Freshers with MBA Marketing or relevant internship experience in research or client servicing roles are welcome to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
