📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the consumer insights function for assigned client accounts, translating research findings into strategic brand and marketing recommendations
• Synthesise insights across qualitative, quantitative, and secondary data sources to build holistic consumer understanding frameworks for clients
• Develop consumer insight narratives, personas, and journey maps that connect research findings to actionable brand strategy
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to client marketing directors and category heads on consumer research priorities and methodology choices
• Identify and scope new research opportunities within existing client accounts that address unmet strategic insight needs
• Lead multi-method research designs combining qualitative, quantitative, ethnographic, and digital tracking methodologies
• Contribute to new business pitches and proposals by leading the consumer insights strategy and methodology design sections

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Marketing or a related post-graduate qualification with four to ten years of progressive market research and consumer insights experience
• Demonstrated ability to synthesise complex multi-source research data into clear insight narratives with strategic business implications
• Deep knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and the ability to design integrated multi-method studies
• Strong client advisory skills with experience influencing senior marketing and brand stakeholders on research strategy
• Experience managing large research accounts and delivering insights that have demonstrably influenced client marketing decisions
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for presenting consumer insights to C-suite and brand leadership audiences
• People management experience leading small to mid-size research teams
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
