📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with reefer vehicle operators and cold chain transport partners for scheduled pickups and deliveries of perishable agri goods
• Monitor temperature data loggers on cold chain vehicles and at cold store entry and exit points to ensure compliance with product temperature requirements
• Prepare dispatch documentation including delivery challans, temperature records, and quality inspection reports for outbound perishable shipments
• Manage cold store operations support including product receipt, FIFO rotation, inventory counting, and zone temperature checks
• Track shipment status, estimated delivery times, and cold chain break incidents and escalate issues to the cold chain manager
• Maintain logistics MIS data covering dispatch volumes, vehicle utilisation, temperature compliance rates, and transporter performance
• Coordinate with customer service and sales teams on delivery schedules, delays, and cold chain quality complaints from customers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you coordinated reefer vehicle dispatch and temperature monitoring for perishable goods?
• Are you familiar with temperature logger devices and how to download and review temperature records?
• Have you managed cold store operations including FIFO rotation and inventory counts?
• How do you handle a temperature excursion in transit and what steps do you take?
• Are you comfortable preparing dispatch documentation and logistics MIS reports?
• Have you dealt with cold chain logistics vendors and transporter companies?
• What perishable product categories have you handled in a cold chain logistics role?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
