• Design and maintain multi-source analytical dashboards using Power BI or Tableau for business performance monitoring
• Write complex SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and business insights from structured data sets
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into analytical deliverables
• Build and maintain reusable data models in BI tools to support self-service analytics for business users
• Monitor data quality across pipelines and implement validation checks to ensure reporting accuracy
• Present analysis findings and recommendations to business and product teams through clear visual storytelling

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. Computer Science, M.Sc. Statistics, or a related degree with one to four years of hands-on analytics experience
• Strong SQL proficiency including window functions, CTEs, and performance optimisation techniques
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation using pandas, NumPy, and data visualisation libraries
• Experience building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and basic ETL processes
• Ability to independently scope and deliver analytical projects from requirement gathering to insight presentation
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
