📌 Key Responsibilities

• Enter new loan application data and borrower KYC details into the loan management system accurately
• Scan and upload KYC documents, photographs, and group guarantor details to the MFI portal
• Update daily disbursement, collection, and repayment data in branch MIS registers
• Reconcile data entry against physical vouchers and report discrepancies to branch accountant
• Support branch manager with MIS report preparation for weekly and monthly review
• Maintain organised digital and physical files of all borrower records at the branch
• Assist in data clean-up exercises during system upgrades or audit periods

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• What is your typing speed in English and do you have Tamil typing ability?
• Do you have experience operating a loan management system or NBFC core banking software?
• Are you comfortable with document scanning, uploading, and digital file management?
• How do you ensure accuracy when entering large volumes of KYC and loan data daily?
• Do you have experience preparing basic Excel MIS reports for branch operations?
• Are you aware of data confidentiality obligations when handling borrower personal information?
• How do you handle and report data discrepancies found during reconciliation?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate degree in any stream for loan officer and field roles (minimum qualification at most MFIs); NISM Series V-A for MFI staff handling mutual fund cross-sell; RBI NBFC-MFI compliance awareness and Responsible Finance guidelines (RBI Harmonised Guidelines 2022) for operations; PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) and KYC awareness for branch roles; credit analysis and cashflow assessment training for credit officer roles; training in JLG (Joint Liability Group) lending methodology; Tamil language fluency required for field-facing roles in Coimbatore
