📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all last-mile delivery activities between the cloud kitchen hub, aggregator platforms, and delivery partners.
• Monitor active delivery orders on Zomato and Swiggy dashboards and escalate delays or SLA breaches to operations management.
• Communicate with delivery partners at the pickup point to ensure timely order collection and accurate order handoff.
• Track order delivery time performance and flag repeat late-delivery issues to the aggregator support team for resolution.
• Reduce order cancellation rates by identifying and resolving packing delays, kitchen prep issues, and delivery partner shortages.
• Prepare end-of-shift delivery performance reports covering order count, cancellations, average delivery time, and rating data.
• Coordinate with the packing and kitchen teams on peak period order flow to align production with delivery capacity.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline; logistics, operations, or business administration background is preferred.
• Zero to three years of experience in delivery operations, food aggregator coordination, or logistics dispatch.
• Working knowledge of Zomato and Swiggy restaurant partner app order tracking and SLA management features.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English to coordinate with delivery partners and internal kitchen staff.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery orders and prioritise dispatch activities during high-volume peak windows.
• LMV driving licence is an advantage for roles that include field-level delivery partner coordination activities.
• Problem-solving orientation and the ability to stay calm and effective during high-pressure peak order periods.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
