📌 Key Responsibilities

• Process digital micro-credit loan applications through the MFI mobile app or web-based lending platform
• Facilitate video KYC sessions with new borrowers and verify digital documentation for loan eligibility
• Set up eNACH or eMandate registrations for automated monthly loan repayments
• Coordinate digital disbursement to borrower bank accounts after credit approval and documentation clearance
• Onboard new digital lending customers by guiding them through the app registration and profile completion
• Track digital repayment status and follow up with borrowers on failed eNACH mandates
• Support technical issues related to app access, digital signature, and document upload faced by borrowers

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Have you processed loan applications through a digital lending app or NBFC web platform?
• Are you familiar with video KYC procedures and RBI digital KYC norms for NBFC-MFI customers?
• Do you have experience setting up eNACH mandates and resolving eMandate failures for MFI repayments?
• How do you assist a borrower who is struggling to complete the digital onboarding process on an app?
• Are you comfortable with credit bureau API output and basic digital credit scoring tools?
• What steps do you take when a digital loan disbursement fails due to a technical or banking issue?
• How do you track digital repayment performance and identify customers at risk of digital default?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.

Graduate degree in any stream for loan officer and field roles (minimum qualification at most MFIs); NISM Series V-A for MFI staff handling mutual fund cross-sell; RBI NBFC-MFI compliance awareness and Responsible Finance guidelines (RBI Harmonised Guidelines 2022) for operations; PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act) and KYC awareness for branch roles; credit analysis and cashflow assessment training for credit officer roles; training in JLG (Joint Liability Group) lending methodology; Tamil language fluency required for field-facing roles in Coimbatore
