📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage consulting engagement P and L including budget tracking, resource management, and profitability targets
• Lead and mentor a team of consultants, senior consultants, and analysts across engagement workstreams
• Own and manage client relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders throughout the engagement lifecycle
• Develop proposals and statements of work for new consulting engagements and business development opportunities
• Review and ensure quality of all client deliverables including presentations, reports, and models before client submission
• Contribute to practice development including methodology development, knowledge management, and sector thought leadership
• Support partner-level business development through relationship cultivation and organic growth within existing accounts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA from a reputed institute with six to twelve years of management consulting experience
• Demonstrated track record of independently managing consulting engagement P and L and client relationships
• Experience leading and developing teams of four to eight consulting professionals
• Strong business development skills including proposal writing and client engagement origination
• Excellent executive communication and C-suite relationship management skills
• Deep expertise in at least one industry vertical or functional consulting domain
• Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement delivery and business development
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
