• Build and maintain a media contact list including journalists, bloggers, and influencers relevant to event categories.
• Manage event email marketing campaigns including invitations, RSVP tracking, and attendee communication.
• Brief photographers and content teams on media coverage requirements for events and post-event content.
• Coordinate media accreditation, press invitations, and on-site media management at high-profile events.
• Compile post-event PR reports covering media coverage, social media metrics, and audience reach for clients.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or any discipline with digital content skills.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in event marketing, PR, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Strong content writing skills in English and Tamil for press releases, social media, and event communications.
• Proficiency in Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube for event promotion and engagement.
• Experience with Canva or Adobe tools for basic event graphics and social media visual content creation.
• Knowledge of media relations, press release writing, and journalist outreach for event coverage.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns for event invite management.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
