📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production management for large-format events including corporate galas, concerts, and MICE events.
• Develop and manage production budgets, track contractor costs, and report financial performance to management.
• Coordinate all technical production contractors including AV, staging, lighting, rigging, and power supply vendors.
• Prepare detailed production runsheets, cue sheets, and technical briefing documents for all event stakeholders.
• Supervise on-site production teams during event build-up, live execution, and breakdown phases.
• Manage production risks, troubleshoot technical failures, and implement contingency plans during live events.
• Evaluate contractor performance post-event and maintain a vetted production vendor roster for future events.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma in Event Management or Production Management is an advantage.
• 3 to 8 years of event production experience with proven management of large-format corporate or live entertainment events.
• Comprehensive knowledge of stage production, AV systems, lighting, rigging, and power infrastructure for events.
• Experience in production budget management and multi-contractor coordination for complex event productions.
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability during high-pressure live event production environments.
• Proficiency in production planning tools, runsheet software, and event management platforms.
• Willingness to work extended on-site hours during production build-up and breakdown phases.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
