📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect corporate clients, wedding clients, and social event organisers for event company business.
• Develop customised event proposals and presentations tailored to client briefs and budget requirements.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and pitches to convert leads into confirmed event bookings.
• Negotiate event contracts, pricing, and package structures in line with the company's revenue targets.
• Maintain a CRM pipeline of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and closed deals for management reporting.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for event bookings across corporate, wedding, and social event categories.
• Track competitor event companies, market pricing, and new event segments to identify growth opportunities.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Diploma in Event Management is an advantage.
• 0 to 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in events, hospitality, advertising, or media.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil for corporate and individual clients.
• Ability to develop compelling event proposals and customised pitches for diverse client requirements.
• Experience with CRM tools and Excel for pipeline tracking, sales reporting, and client follow-up management.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet monthly sales goals.
• Possession of a two-wheeler or driving licence for client visits across Coimbatore's corporate zones.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
