🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. Chemistry from a recognised university
• Minimum 2 years of Class 11-12 Chemistry coaching in a private coaching centre
• Strong command over organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry at board level
• Ability to explain reaction mechanisms and chemical equations clearly in batch settings
• Familiarity with CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board Chemistry syllabi and marking schemes
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English
