• Provide individual feedback on spoken errors, grammar gaps, and pronunciation issues

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.A. English or equivalent with strong spoken English and communication skills
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching spoken English or communication skills in a coaching centre
• Good understanding of common spoken English errors made by Tamil-medium background students
• Ability to conduct engaging group discussions and mock interview sessions
• Comfortable conducting classes in both Tamil and English depending on student batch requirements
• Experience designing spoken English course modules and assessment tools
• Energetic and motivating teaching style suited to communication and confidence-building sessions
